Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Officer to help promote our solar energy and technology solutions, generate new business opportunities, and secure contracts.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
Market the company’s solar, energy and technology solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and company profiles when required.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, tenders and business opportunities.
Visit clients and attend meetings to present the company’s services.
Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
Work closely with the technical team to develop suitable solutions for clients.
Support the company in securing contracts and achieving sales targets.
Provide regular marketing and business development reports.

Requirements

OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
Basic knowledge of solar energy and electrical/technical solutions is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development or the energy industry is an advantage.
Candidate can be anywhere within the FCT

Compensation

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000/month, depending on experience and competence.

Performance Incentive: The successful candidate will receive 5% of the budgeted contract amount for any contract successfully secured through their marketing/business development efforts, subject to the company's contract and payment terms.
